's Story

Shohag Simion started life in very difficult circumstances. He was born into a two-parent family. Both of his parents were workers in a garment factory. At Shohag's birth, there were complications. It seems his mother was taken to the hospital very late, and they were not able to save her. Shohag's father was desperate so he went to his home village to see if her could find someone who would/could care for the newborn, but he was unsuccessful. He did, however, learn about Bangla Hope, and came to us asking for help in raising his son. Shohag is now well-cared for, but he will need a sponsor to support his progress through childhood.
